ABOUT US:

eValueGifts is a family owned business. Our customers' are very important to us and therefore, we like to add personal touches to everything we do.   This site was created to help busy e-shoppers with their gift giving and home décor needs. We strive to offer a variety of competitively priced products and provide excellent customer service.

IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION:

PAYMENT: eValueGifts does not have a minimum order amount. However, an estimated Shipping and Processing Fee based on the Merchandise Total is charged to each order as indicated on the check out verification page, before final payment is submitted. The final dollar amount charged to your credit card is based on the actual shipping costs.

At this time, we only accept payment through PayPal.  You do not have to open a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.  All orders are processed using Yahoo's Store Secure Ordering System and Checkout.

ORDER INFORMATION: eValueGifts does not ship orders unless we receive the proper Bill-To and Ship-To information. Customers need to provide both their Bill-To and Ship-To addresses based on the credit card information on file with their bank and/or credit card company. If the Bill-To information does not match the credit card, your order will be placed on hold. We will contact you by email to obtain the correct billing information. Customers have 48 hours to respond to our email or telephone message. If we do not have a response from you within this 48 hour period, your order will be cancelled. Once we receive your corrected billing information, we will validate it with your credit card company to obtain approval. If we can not obtain approval on the Bill-To information for the credit card used, your order is subject to cancellation.

ORDER PROCESSING eValueGifts Customer Service is available from Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) unless we do not have proper billing information or any changes need to be made to the order. Any orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday / Tuesday).

SALES TAX: By law we are required to collect TX State Sales Tax on goods shipped within Texas. The current rate is 8.25% on average. Tax is computed prior to final processing and shipping of your order.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:  eValueGifts does not charge for handling. The customer only pays shipping costs based on the prices set by the carrier (UPS). Your shipping charges may be higher or lower depending on the real cost of shipping once your order has been processed.

United Parcel has raised their prices as of January 8, 2006. The cost of shipping will reflect these changes. With the increase in fuel charges, UPS has raised their shipping rates and a fuel surcharge has been added by UPS.

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Any orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped next business day (Monday - Friday). Any orders received on Friday, or on weekends, or holidays will be shipped the next business day (Monday / Tuesday).

At this time, we only ship within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

UNITED PARCEL SERVICES: Selection of UPS will enable you to choose UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Delivery, or Next Day Air based on your needs. UPS ships only on business days (Monday - Friday) unless you have specified Next Day Air "Saturday Delivery" and extra charges will apply. The use of UPS requires a street address, they do not deliver to a P.O. Box or an APO address.

On the Order Confirmation Page UPS states the shipping charges are a combination of "Shipping and Handling". This is a generic statement used by UPS and does not reflect our policies. We at eValueGifts do not charge for handling.

UPS Shipping is based on merchandise weight, box dimensions and regional zones which is calculated in real-time by UPS at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, it must be made within 24 hours of submission. Please contact us via e-mail to confirm the cancellation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is not possible to retrieve the package or to cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY : We want all of our customers to be 100% satisified with their purchases. However, we must put time limitations on returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please call us within 2 days for return instructions and RA number. We can not accept any returns for full credit without a valid RA (Return Authorization) number. Items that are returned without the proper authorization will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date we shipped to you, however policies may vary depending on the product and the reason for the return. Some items require a shorter return period.  Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with any and all tags attached. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in the case of broken or defective merchandise.

DAMAGES: We are very careful about the packaging and handling of your order.  If shipped via UPS, the damage needs to be reported to the carrier immediately and they will instruct you on the next steps. UPS will assess the damage and report their findings to us.

DISCLAIMERS

Shipping Carrier Delivery of Packages: We are not responsible for where the r UPS representatives leave the customer's package(s) when they are not physically at home. Nor are we responsible for the shipping rates charged by the carriers. Any discrepancies should be addressed to the carriers.

Typographical Errors: If there are any typographical errors, we apologize but these mistakes are not intentional. eValueGifts reserves the right to make corrections to orders based on these typographical errors.

eValueGifts reserves the right to make any changes to orders and product packaging depending on availability. If an ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours and given the option to hold the order until the item is back in stock, substitute a similar item or cancel the order and receive a full refund. Also, we reserve the right to make changes to shipping method based on available means, quickest shipping route, and least cost expense.
